Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Surreal Theory, we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. This means we do not hold inventory; every product is created specifically for you after you place an order. This ensures the highest quality and prevents wastage.

Please read our shipping timelines carefully.
1. Order Processing (Production Time)
Since every item is custom-made:
Printing & Quality Check: Please allow 4-5 business days for us to print, quality check, and pack your order.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timelines (Transit Time)
Once your order is handed over to our logistics partners the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time (4-5 days) + Shipping Time (7-10 days).

3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp with a Tracking ID and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address, including the Pin Code and Phone Number, is correct. Surreal Theory is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee may be applicable to send it back to you.

6. Serviceable Pin Codes
We ship to over 25,000+ pin codes across India. If our courier partners do not service your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

7. Delays
While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier strikes, or festivals like Diwali/New Year) may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
